What's a typical lead time?
Most stocked items ship in a few business days. Custom-machined jobs depend on complexity and materials — we quote a concrete delivery date with every quote.
How do I pay?
Once you approve a quote, we'll send an invoice by email with payment details. Net terms available for established accounts.
Is there a minimum order?
No formal minimum. Single-piece prototypes and one-off reverse-engineered jobs are part of what we do every day. Setup cost is reflected in the quoted price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Domestic orders ship via ground or expedited freight; international orders go by air freight with export documentation. We'll quote shipping as a separate line.
Can you reverse-engineer from a sample?
Absolutely — send us the sample (or photos + measurements) and we'll quote the job. Works for OEM parts you can't get anymore, or for optimizing a worn design.
Can I send a drawing or CAD file?
Yes. Use the file upload on the quote form, or email attachments directly to asi@asioiltools.com. We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, JPG, and PNG.
